6.2 Personal data that is processed for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

6.3 SiteHatch will retain your personal data as follows:

(a) usage data gathered by the analytics tracking system (Google Analytics) will be kept for 14 months. The usage data gathered by the security system (iThemes Security) will be kept for up to 180 days. Other usage data, such as your IP when visiting the Website, can be retained indefinitely by the hosting provider and CDN;

(b) message data can be retained for as long as the Website and/or business exists.

(c) enquiry data can be retained for as long as the Website and/or business exists.

(d) transaction data sent to me (e.g. contact details) can be retained for as long as the Website and/or business exists. The transaction data regarding the payment processing, which is handled and stored by PayPal, is retained for a period of 7 years.

6.4 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, SiteHatch may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which SiteHatch is subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
